Worthless! Died after 3 uses.

I have 800 sq ft of vinyl to clean. It worked 3 times, and now get the two red lights and the 5 beeps of death when I try to turn it on. Sadly, I never saved the receipt or it would have gone back to Bestbuy in less than three months of ownership. Bissell customer service was zero help. So I own an expensive paperweight. I am just now getting to the point of writing about it, since before this time, the profanity would have banned the review. Take your money elsewhere. Bissell doesn't deserve another dime. Now what am I going to do with all the bottles of cleaner I purchased???

Stay away if you’re doing any sort of heavy moping

I wish I had known that before I bought it. Within a week the suction went out. Cleaned all the filters and rollers to no avail. Ended up replacing them through Amazon (they were knock offs, because the official ones are super expensive). Contacted the company and got no response. Luckily I had the extended warranty. I had to give up the price to get my $ back, but at least I got rid of that piece of junk. The purchase date on here was when I returned it. This thing only lasted a few months.

Not worth it

I mean, I review everything before I buy anything... Checking reviews and comments, checking out the product its self..... I found mixed reviews for this product... But I purchased it and I LOVE it! This thing works great! Picks up dirt, hair, food, and just about anything....

Grand Idea, but overall fail

It takes to much time to clean and if not cleaned after every single use it smells disgusting. Not a good choice for a busy mom!
