Used this for this for the first time today, and I am not impressed. First, it is incredibly heavy; Second, the battery only last two rooms that are about 16' x 16'; Third, does not vacuum well, leaves dirt that a normal vacuum would pick up easily. Fourth, Leaves streaks and doesn't scrub like advertised. Lastly, Customer service wants to blame the user and not the equipment that it lacks the advertised functions and quality.

My wife wanted to replace our old clunky rug shampoo unit with something a little lighter. Because we mostly have hardwood floors wit area rugs, we decided to give the Bissell Crosswave a try. It ha worked perfectly and being cordless is a plus. We can do all the area rugs on one charge.

received my order .. and it seems to be very nice.. however i was missing the parts from the docking station

Works great on just about every floor type, my wife and I both love it. It's not ideal to clean up small spills because the act of cleaning it out is more time consuming than just grabbing a paper towel and wiping it up. But if you're using this to clean your whole house, it's a huge time saver!

Works good so far. Just remember to dump the water when finished cause it stinks the next day

Not for me. I think my floors with traffic from two pets and three teens is just too much for this machine. Maybe for light duty. I also don’t like emptying the dirty water cup with the vacuumed up wet debris. Very off putting for me. I prefer my spin mop. Maybe I’ll enjoy it after the kids move. Lol!

It’s only been a few weeks but I love it so far!! It has just enough battery to do my first floor. I hope the battery lasts. Only time will tell, but right now I’m loving it!! It seems to have really good suction and I haven’t seen too many things that it didn’t pick up on the first sweep.

Got this for my fiancé and it works great at our apartment hard wood floors it cleans deep the more we clean the more it gets out I’m sure my apartment management doesn’t super clean these floors when people move out but this thing makes it better and better every time we use it

Terrible product... not only is the holding compartment so small, but it can barley function for which they advertise for and that’s “pet hair” and then to give it the benefit of the doubt I used the wet function which does no better than any other wet vac. Disappointed unfortunately being that it’s nota great vacuum as the reviews advertised, storage is small and has to be emptied every time it’s used, cordless battery is small and has to be charged all the time, which shortens the battery life, and for the price of the product you can get your self 2 or 3 better quality products...

Thought it would pick up more for the price I paid.

Great vaccum, ok mop. sucks up stuff great , doesnt scrub as well as i would of liked.

Good vacuum, just battery could last longer, does a good job on wood floors and tile floors.

This is amazing. It cleans so well, and runs for about 30 minutes. Cleans about 1,900 square feet on single charge. The self clean mode is just amazing and works so well. Would buy this over and over again.
