This is the best vaccuum mop combo I have purchased. It deep cleans and picks up every piece of dirt on the floor. With 3 dogs and 2 kids this has made cleaning way easier and faster.

For the 3 minutes it’s working properly the crosswave is amazing! Then the dirty water tank light illuminates and that’s that. Mine has never worked properly and reaching out to BISSELL is hopeless. I have gone through every single troubleshooting process with no luck. I can say that the battery never dies on me! LOL

I used this like 5 times last year then it stopped charging itself. I emailed Bissel for support because it looked like the battery is bad, but they kept sending me the their FAQ and no real help. the vacuum itself was pretty heavy and the battery doesn't last long enough to clean the whole house. I don't recommend this product.

I love this! We recently removed all of our carpet and uncovered original hardwood floors. It does a great job not only mopping but also picking up leftover debris from the dust mop.

Wife loves it. Does great on small square foot hardwood floors.

It works great, but buy extra rollers as they get smelly after a month of daily use.

The Crosswave is an excellent versatile hybrid cleaner with the capability as a vacuum to clean our small pets dry messes, despite no customary rotating brush.

Picks up everything well, but fills up pretty quick and messy to clean up.

Great floor cleaner! Better than the electric model. Love that it has automatic cleaning feature. Length of time on battery is great! Would recommend this product to anyone.

Do not bother buying this if you plan on actually using it to clean around the house. The battery only last about 30min and takes 4 to 6 hours to charge. Cool idea with garbage results. I recommend getting the purple pet pro crosswave instead. I returned this one for a pet pro and it was WAY better. With 4 dogs it has been a life saver for my hardwood floors.

adequate mop but an average vacuum at best on all floor types. I tried the different brush heads (sold separately of course!) thinking that would sold my lackluster performance, it did not. Adds more work to mopping and vacuuming floors, as once you’re finiahed you’ll have to clean the vacuum too! Self cleaning function is laughable. Definitely not worth $300+ To me, returned to store.

It does is job for a quick clean up. However, it does tend to leave track markings on the floor from the wheels which looks horrible, at least in my opinion. I'll continue to use it, but I'm not excited with the outcome whatsoever.

Terrible mop. Okay vacuum. The cordless is a good feature but the vacuum holds dirty water at the base and doesn’t suction very well. It drags dirty water all through my floors and will not vacuum it up without leaving more dirty water. I clean it after every use and still have this problem. It’s a complete waste of money and wish I could still return.

I had some BestBuy points and bought this item with them. But before I did, I had purchase four others and returned them. This item is exactly what I need for my tile floors. It sweeps and mops beautifully. Totally sold on this.

Where has this product been my whole life! This is the best of both worlds. It’s better than a wet mop because it has suction, and it’s better than a vacuum because it has solution. Use it on hardwoods is excellent!

This thing works great. I no longer live in the home I purchase this for, but they still use it I believe. And should still work if they are taking good care of it.

Easy to use and works really well. The fact that it is cordless really makes it easy to use. We use it on our hardwoods and brick flooring and it makes cleaning a breeze.

Felt like Christmas when my husband came in with my new floor cleaner. Hands-down top-of-the-line great floor cleaner I’ve ever used in my life. I recommend every woman that loves clean floors to buy one of these today.
