    I love the way it really handles bis spills. When you use it to mop it does leave the from super wet with water.

    Not as good as I expected. I was really excited. Great for area rugs but needed for my 3 bedrooms that have carpet. Cleans well but I still expected better

    Wanted to love this so much. Product left streaks on my white marble floors. I tried changing that tank and cleaning the brush throughout my cleaning but it did not help. At this price point this item should be flawless.

    It works ok. Way too heavy for me. If I had of known it was this heavy, I wouldn't have bought it. And for as much as I have to do (empty dirty tank, clean tanks, wipe tray out, etc.) I can just make a bucket of water to mop. Not at all pleased with such a pricey purchase.
