Love this machine. We recently had 1200 square feet of laminated wood flooring installed along with our ceramic tile already installed. It so easy to clean all the floors with one machine and the cordless makes it even easier.

This model, although around $200 more, is a very nice improvement on the original Crosswave. The edge-to-edge cleaning gap has improved. The dirty water tank feature has improved with an additional filter in the tank to remove debris easily to a trash can. The water - cleaning fluid tank has more volume. The controls are very simple. Easy on and off. I love the self cleaning feature. Connects via Wifi to the Bissell App. But most of all, I really like that I moved to this cordless rechargeable model. Very easy to just pick up, use and replace on the charging base that also assists with a roller auto clean function at the press of a button. I can clean the kitchen floor, living room, foyer and downstairs bathroom on one charge (almost 1000sq.ft.)

I love my Bissell Crosswave Max. It has more floor looking fabulously clean and so fresh! This machine has changed my life! It is so convenient and easy to use. The performance is excellent. It vacuums and mops at the same time. I have an area rug in my kitchen and I love freshening it up every time I mop my kitchen. My kitchen floor is spotless thanks to my Crosswave. It is an expensive investment but cleans superbly--and seriously worth every penny. My only gripe is how costly the cleaning solution is. I am currently researching making my own solution. I have not found the solution at Walmart or Target as of yet.

Overall does a good job. We use it on our Luxury Vinyl. It does take a bit after using to clean, but I feel is a good exchange from a sore back from mopping. (hint) we vacuum first with our shark vacuum because we have a golden retriever. The Bissell will still find some hair as we are cleaning. Would like easy replaceable batteries so you could continue on to other rooms....

The crosswave does an excellent job cleaning hardwood floors. This product is great for normal house messes. I save a lot of time and energy! And it leaves my floors very clean! I can walk barefoot and feel the cleanliness! I can't believe all the dirty water that comes out every time I clean. I also like that the brush cleans itself.

This wet/dry vacuum is easy to assemble and easy to set up. If you can snap legos together you can Put this beautiful machine together. Comes with 2 tanks one for water/cleaning solution and other for the dirty water suctioned up while cleaning. As for controls there’s a on/off switch and a floor selector for floor/carpet. Under the handle a button to release the cleaning solution onto the surface you want cleaned. My favorite feature is that it is wireless. It comes with a charging dock with a cleaning feature that will clean the brush head of the vacuum when finished. Make sure to air dry the brush head and filter so they don’t smell. As for the cleaning power of this thing, I use it to clean up after my dog and it has had no problems cleaning wood floors and carpets so far. It’s not as powerful as a full sized wet vacuum but if you need one for daily use this is perfect. Highly recommended.

It’s a good machine, but a little pricey. I don’t use it as much I thought I would. Leaves a puddle if you stop suddenly, I tend to keep it running all the to the dock to avoid. Does a great job of cleaning itself, it does help cleanup if you spot sweep first

Love this vacuum. I clean everything with it with ease. I can clear my ceramic tile floor and the carpet. It picks up a lot of gunk and imaginary dog hair. Kind of hard to push through carpet though.

I’ll start by saying I did have 105$ of Best Buy rewards I used in it. Had I not I might have gone with the corded option. But the one reason I went with this model is the reviews saying it got the edges and it does. I love this machine. It is sooo easy to take apart and clean and cuts my work in half for the day. I should also note it’s worth it to me as I have about 1200 square feet of hard floor in my house and lots of area rugs — which is does a great job of cleaning as well. All around better than I expected.

Honestly, not worth the price tag. We picked this model up to help clean up messes with a puppy. Doesn’t clean very good and the machine starts to smell terrible even when emptying after every use and rinsing everything. Stick with a swiffer or a mop for this price range.

Very easy to use! I actually enjoy mopping now! The self cleaning option is amazing and I love how much water the reservoir holds! However the dirty water reservoir doesn’t hold much. I have hardwood and tile in all of my house, so I I can usually do most of my house with only filling up the water twice.

Very easy to use and take apart to clean. U can clean your floors then use this and it still pick up a ton of stuff. My som was impressed by mine so he boight himself one. We bought the battery operated and before I'm done it runs out. It may be because i overlap while cleaning just to get it good while I'm doing it since i dont do it everyday. Ill clean a couple of rooms then use it, put it to clean itself then charge it while i clean a couple of more rooms. We have almost 2300 sq feet to cover and no carpet at all.

It worked great in the beginning but after a few weeks it just doesn’t clean as well even after replacing parts. Was annoying to clean as well b

Works great. Vaccum up instead of sweeping and can mop up little messes at the same time. Easy empty canister, but kinda a struggle to get bsck on. Strong suction. Besure to have extra brushes and filters for use whikwvother brush and filter dry. All in all a great product.

I purchased this product back in the summer for my house that only has real wood floors and tile. I initally used this product for a few weeks and loved it! It did great job picking up dirt dust etc and then made the floors look great. Then the vacuum I noticed left grey like streaks all over the wood floors and I could not figure out why. I then would try going over these multiple times and it still seemed to leave some streaks. I exchanged this product three times ! To just see if maybe I was losing my mind because reviews were so good. I then came to the realization that it was the vacuum. I think it is ridiculous first to pay this much money for vacuum but I took the plunge and would have loved it but it still is leaving streaks and I plan to return this product and hopefully just get a credit. BISSELL I usually like the products but this one definitley needs some work. I am VERY DISAPPOINTED and would NEVER recommend this product. Hopefully they figure it out because even on the tile it was leaving streaks everywhere and I had to go over with a swiffer which is sad.

Great product if you have pets at home. A vacuum and a mop all in one, great space saver and a lifesaver as well

Im a busy wife/mom of a coal miner, toddler, pregnant with my twins, and 2 fuzzy cats. My floors were nearly impossible to keep clean 24/7 with dust, dirt, and cat hair. My house is all hardwood and tile and before my crosswave it would take me anywhere from an hour to an hour and a half to sweep and mop EVERYDAY. Now it takes me a half hour to sweep and mop and it makes my life SO much easier. THANK YOU bissell for making a product this great. It is a pretty expensive product but for me it was the best investment! I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone with all hardfloor surfaces, kids, and messy husbands its a lifesaver.

It' amazing, my floor look so clean all day. I use it many times a day. I have 4 dogs, hardwood floors and it's rainy season which means mud. I have this set up near the back door and it's so much easier to grab my crosswave than to getting my mop or rag and spray. One of my dogs tends to have pee accidents inside and this makes it much easier and faster to clean up. I love that I don't have a basket of dirty rags to wash or end up all smelly. I had a pet pro before but this one is much better and I don't have to worry bout vacuuming up all the hair before using it.
