Works really well and vacuums and cleans AT THE SAME TIME

I see a lot of good reviews for this vacuum but I don't believe them. I just tried my new one and the water drains out immediately all over the floor and yes I had it hooked into place correctly. I used it to try to clean up the mess and it did dry the floor but any dust that was wet just clumped up on the floor and it wouldn't pick it up so I'm using it as a regular vacuum and mopping the floor afterward with my old wet jet mop. I wouldn't be able to clean the roller on the charger because all the water draining down into the charger would destroy it. I definitely would not recommend buying this product.

It’s nice, you can use on floors and carpets. I get a lot of use out it.

Worked great only downside is it has to be used either the wet feature can not just use as a dry vac.

It sucks up a lot of dirt but gets tangled with hair and very hard to detangle. Also the dirty water tank is too small.

I am very happy with this vacuum cleaner, it works really good!! Easy to clean and storage too.

Only one con is that it doesn't get super close to walls. I am more that happy I purchased this item.

I returned the product. Once the brush is dirty the dirt it smeared over the entire floor. The Bissell has a clean water reservoir but it didn’t seem to be enough to keep things rinsed. I took a clean towel after cleaning with the Bissell and the entire floor was dirty instead on just spots that needed cleaning. The battery power was great, the suction was adequate if you went slow and steady.

I am so disappointed right now. I have had my Bissell Crosswave Max one month and the spray button has stopped working. A 399.00 cleaner should last longer than this!! Best Buy will not exchange this item because it is out of their 15 day return window. I warn AND ADVISE you to purchase the extended care if you buy this cleaner. I hope Bissell will be a stand up company and replace this defective part or I will be livid.

This vacuum is great for hardwood / tile floors. It vacuums and cleans the floors very well.

Very nice unit but more expensive than Walmart. Best Buy had it in stock though.

I didn’t like how it left my hardwood floors. I went back to my swifter. I did return it to the store without any issues.
