    Not very good for the price. I think it's an overpriced vacuum when you use it it'll say the tank is full of dirty water but it's not even halfway not even barely halfway I wish I never bought it

    We recently had laminate flooring installed in our home and discovered that the steam cleaner that I had for my ceramic tile could not be used for the laminate. Purchased this mainly because we gave two Bissell carpet cleaners that we love. Wish I could say the same about the Crosswave. Mainly it doesn’t pick up enough water even after making several passes. I end up on hands and knees wiping the floors! Also, it is extremely hard to place on charging stand, in fact after using today pieces broke off!! I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed!! I may resort to a bucket and tag!!

    Sweeper works well on carpets and hardwood. However, when using water the roller leaves significant streaking on hardwood and tile. On dark hardwood the streaking was constant and unacceptable.
