It is the best cordless product to clean the house

It was great first five days, cleaned well, easy to maintain, than started smearing dirty water. I did everything they said in the video but it just wouldn’t stop. Will return

Vacuum doesn’t work how I thought and your using the mopping part it leaves dirty water on the ground I still have to go back and dry. I would not recommend to a family or friend really think about return this item seeing how I paid $391 for it not to do what it shown on tv

I have never wished i didnt waste so much money as i do on this product. If you have any ounce of dirt it gets immediately clogged and you will spend forever cleaning it just so it doesnt continue to shut off.

I had such high hopes. I used as instructed and there was too much or too little solution coming out. It is a hassle to to unload and wash everything. Easier to use a vacuum and then use a swiffer to mop. Not good unless you gave a lot of open spacers no furniture

Not a bad product just expected it to do a better job.

This Bissell did not pick up dirt very well and left streaks everywhere on the hardwood floors. The floors looked worse after using the bissell before they were cleaned.

Do not buy this product! We just passed our one year anniversary of own a Crosswave and have already been through 3. The first broke and wouldn’t charge. The second lost suction shortly after receiving it, and the third just lost suction as well. I thought it was all operator error, but we no longer think it’s the case. We have only had the third unit for a couple of months. There is no reason why this keeps happening. Save your money and buy something else.

its good for floors not worth the money for carpets

I don’t think this vaccum is worth even $50. It doesn’t do any good. Vaccum and moping just doesn’t work right. I had high hopes with this product but unfortunately it didn’t work for me and left streaks everywhere and also I got ant problems in my house. The self cleaning brush is just disgusting. It keeps the brush so dirty that you don’t even feel like reusing it.

Bought this vacuum in April 2020 does not work anymore batteries are dead this is a terrible machine don't waste your money.

Left streaks and was just not a good purchase. The 150$ one from Bissell is a way better buy

Not satisfied. For the price you have many options To choose from. Will get a different brand.

Leaves dirty water everywhere. Constantly stopping. Better off buying something much cheaper.

meh. doesn’t vacuum. so no time savings. just sweep and swifter. you’re paying for useless wifi connectivity and cordless. would be ok for $200. overpriced

Tried to really like this product but it left dirty water streaks on the floor. At first I thought it was a defected product. Customer service sent me a new one but I still had the same issues. Watched the product YouTube video and I was doing everything correctly and it still left very visible streaks. Product was returned.
