Starts out great later becomes just annoying too use. Not worth the price tag of it. Wish we can go back and not buy at all tbh.

The idea of two functions in one is nice but the actuality of it is subpar. Leaves floors wet as it can’t keep up. Leaks after one use. Returned for a Dyson.

You have to clean it out constantly. I have a long hair cat and three wigs and the hair get stuck and you have to clean it out a lot and it does not do a good job at picking up anything.

This is my 2nd Bissell in less than a year! It works okay for at least 4 months & thats it. I don't recommend it!

Decided to give it a chance even though it had some bad reviews. Recently returned to store due to dirty water leaking and leaving never ending puddles after vacuuming. Only used it once and was not satisfied. Not for vinyl and marble floor will leave major streaks.

I've had two of these vacuums now and both broke in about a year. The first the brush stopped spinning despite trying all the troubleshooting steps. The second thinks the tank is full even after I clean it out. Tried to troubleshoot that one as well but it didn't work. Really frustrated and tired of trying to get it to work. I'm switching to a different brand.

Died 1yr11months. Should have lasted longer. Otherwise okay.

Quite working here and there leaves water on the floor not good for house with pets

We saw this on Tik tok and ended up buying it. This thing is terrible and not worth the money.

The WiFi will not maintain connection. Should be a 'set and forget' but instead it is a battle. Also, leaves bad water streaks on floor. Cleans rugs as promised, no mess underneath. Bought to clean up after 2 small dogs, returned. Now I have all of this great solution and need a new product for my hard floors.

The vacuum gets badly clogged with little use when spraying.

For the money it was disappointing. It’s kinda slow if you go faster it doesn’t dry the floor well plus it was leaving a black film on my floors after o would clean with it.

It worked great for a bit then dirty water started coming out of side and back.

I used it once, power got shut off from freeze in Texas. I tried to take it back right after and Best Buy’s policy is 14 days. So I’m stuck with a broken vacuum that I used once

First time using this - I loved it. Then, the mess! Self cleaning? The rollers and filter need to be cleaned after the “self clean” so any benefits of this tool are cancelled. Easier to use a mop!

Hate it - It keeps saying my tank is full and it is not I have purchased this in the past as well and it didn't last a year either I will be returning it tomorrow and going with the newest version which I also already have and works great.

Not for me. It didn’t work as needed since our dogs our long haired dogs

a robot vacuum does a better job. Not recommended. Dirty water tank fills up fast. Self clean of brush seems cool, but isnt clean enough.

I used this dry and wet vacuum on floor and on carpet. It worked seamlessly, I liked it. It will come for 25-30mins for one full charge which is good enough for my 2500Sq.ft house I am pretty sure it covers you even do 3600sq.ft comfortably. Why I am stressing on this 30mins was I had a doubt on this 30mins charge feature... I was thinking it is very less time.but in reality you will not feel it, but I am not sure how long this battery maintains this charging level time... Maybe over the years it may drain fast.... So I would suggest Bissel to boost this battery capacity to little more. This is not at all a show stopper now, this is very good, In fact it is more than enough so do not worry now. This comes with cleaning liquid which is good. Overall I liked it. Maybe little bit pricey but worth it.
