This vacuum has all the right bells and whistles to entice the buyer but there are quite of bit cons to owning it. The floors get cleaned. The vacuum works and provides a vacuum/mopped cleanliness...until it leaks. The brush roll will get dirty very quickly and the dirt from the roll will undue the area that was just cleaned. The dock will clean the roll but doesn't do a perfect job. This makes cleaning a bit of a chore when this device is supposed to be making things easier. I read the manual as to why the leak is happening and it states that the roll is too saturated. The roll will get saturated very quickly as that is the feature for this vacuum is provide a wet/dry cleaning. This is the only issue that I have with this vacuum. The price that I paid is too premium to be having to clean up a mess from a device that was supposed to clean it up. When it doesn't leak, it's great. When it doesn't leak, the vacuum makes my floors clean and smelling great.

This vacuum surpassed all of my expectations. It is easy to use and cleans all of my floor surfaces, from hardwood to tile to area rugs. I can get done one level fast and efficiently with just this one tool. A game changer in home cleaning. For reference my previous vacuum was the Dyson Ball multi floor vacuum. Very impressed.

Works better than expected. I wish is could get just a little closer to edges of things, but otherwise this is awesome. I was super skeptical about the self cleaning feature after seeing the dirt and pet hair it picked up on the first use, but it is literally worth the cost just to not have to deal with a gross, wet, hairy, dirty roller that needs to be cleaned! Perfect for kitchen or dog messes on my sealed hardwood and tile floors.

This cordless vacuum is a breeze to use. We use it for our spa room and kitchen. It picks up water splashed out spa during water work outs with ease. Being cordless, I don’t worry about it use around the water. We use it to clean the wooden kitchen floor. It comes out squeaky clean. Wow. Great unit.

This thing has been a good time saver. Weve put this thing through the ringer and has managed to keep up pretty well. Cleaning it is a little bit of a process and is pretty disgusting but gives you a sense that your floors are quite clean. Id like them to make a larger version that could hold more water and have a longer battery life. If youre looking to clean your entire home in one go this isnt for you.

Good product-easy to use -which the tanks were slightly larger and had a deeper dock for self clean cycle.

It makes life with a toddler so much easier! Sucks up the snacks and swpies away the stickies. A bit expensive though (we used some rewards points and gift cards) but if you can swing it you will definitely make your life easier, and send your vacuum and mop to an early retirement too!

I absolutely this thing! Easy to use and works great! It’s so easy my kids can use it & they love it! Cleaning up after meals (I have a toddler) is so much easier now! We don’t have to sweep and mop separately! We can do both at the same time! Saves so much time!

Easy to use, gets floor clean. Lightweight day to glide over the floor. The drying could be alittle better.

Cordless is awesome! Clean entire 1 BR house and only use 1 bar of power. Now cleans up to walls unlike before when there was 1 inch left uncleaned. Cleans itself wonderfully. Only downside is the dirty water reservoir is small. Unfortunate that every update of Bissell seems to come with a $200 increase.

Bought this about 18 months ago, used it about 10 times when I first purchased it. Attempted to use it over the weekend and discovered the battery was dead. I attempted to clean the battery and cradle contacts, plug into different power, reseat the mop on the charger, etc., nothing seemed to make the battery start charging. The Mop works well on most surfaces and carpets. Had an issue with cleaning one throw rug (the main reason I purchased the mop in the first place), may have been the material or weave because nothing could clean that thing. All other rugs and surfaces cleaned up well. Just disappointing that it failed in just over a year with a minimal amount of use, hopefully Bissell can assist getting this resolved. IT was a fairly expensive unit to fail so quickly. If this is resolved, I will come back and edit my review but for now, I'm not too happy with this unit.

I think this would work decent on flat floors, but if you have tile I do not recommend it. For me the dirty water pooled up in the grout, the machine wouldn't suck enough of it up. I returned this and went with the Tineco Floor One S5, which is absolutely amazing, a life changer.

Love this vacuum. It keeps our floors clean and sanitized. You do have to put in the work to keep it in working order like changing the filters and brushes, emptying out the dirty water bin, etc. But other than that it is the easiest floor cleaner I've used.

Works well with easy clean up. Makes a tough job easy. Would recommend purchase.

This thing really helps me cleaning the floors clean. I used to hate mopping because it hurt my back but with these it’s super easy and fast. Love that it cleans itself. I bought some extra brushes because I intend to use it very often now that I don’t hurt my back anymore!

This is the best floor mop I have ever owned and I have had several! So easy to use and does a great job getting everything up, right up against the wall! Saves a ton of time as you don’t have to vacuum first! Literally talked my BFF, MIL, Mom and 2 sisters into getting it.

10/10 absolutely my favorite thing ever ! We have hardwood floors and a wood stove and a small farm so dirt is everywhere this helps get the tiny particles missed by the broom and dust pan and it makes my mopping job so much easier and it’s so much cleaner!!!

This machine is great to clean surface level dirt and water spots. To get a deep clean found it best to follow behind with Bona, sweeper mop, and some arm power as it doesn’t remove messier spots. But it’s a fun machine, easy to use, and I’d rather it be gentler on my floors than too brutal. Before buying I checked with my floor installer to ensure it is ok to use on the floors so would suggest doing that before buying.
