Talk about an easy floor cleaner to use. It's light and it does a great job. If you have a large area you'll need to refill but it's so easy to do.

My husband really the the bissell crosswise max. He finds it easy to use and likes the results of shining clean floors.

So far great. We purchased it to clean the tile of a condo we purchased. We were skeptical about cleaning the grout since some reviews said it didn’t. We, however, were very pleased. It wasn’t a hands and knees scrub each section of grout clean but a noticeable difference! We think we may can purchase a stiffer roll that may even do better on the grout. We are very please! And the battery life is sufficient for my needs but probably wouldn’t last for a large home - but being cordless is well worth it!

This cordless Bissell wet/dry floor cleaner is a great product. Does a good job cleaning my tile floors.

Pros: Easy set up Charge and go Efficient with upkeep and water usage Can use any chemical not just brand stuff Not clunky nor takes up space to store and charge Cons: 4 hour charge, 32 minute usage time Hard to locate replacement brushes and filters At first, may require more than the allowed 32 minute charge time to clean up areas/whole house. Could have been a little more powerful, but that’s asking for too much for a wireless appliance. Hardly ever on sale.

Awesome cleaner. Well worth the price point. Good work Best Buy. My BISSELL floor cleaner rechargeable and cordless; this is a plus no cords to trip on. After cleaning my kitchen floor I just place the machine in its docking station press a button the rollers go through a self cleaning cycle. No messy clean up. The cleaner 100% cleans my tile floors. I can spot clean put it back in docking station, self cleans the rolls all in 10 minutes.

It is pretty easy to use however I wasn't able to finish all of my wood floors on the main level wihtout the battery dying. Unfortunately there wasn't a way to plug it in and finish the floors. That would have made it perfect!

I have used several vacuums and floor products over the years. This is my review of the Bissell crosswave. It does the job I expected it to do on wood and Vinyl floors. I have not used it on rugs but I bought the optional brush for rugs and intend to give it a try in the near future. If it does as well on rugs as it has on wood and vinyl, it will be proven to be top notch in its category. Keep in mind that clean-up after use will be somewhat of an annoyance, but is necessary if you want the unit to do it's job and last.

I’ve had the CrossWave for a couple of months and absolutely love it. With 2 cats and a dog, it’s tough to keep a house with area rugs and hardwoods clean. This does both. It’s helpful with pet stains that come along with owning pets, but you can also just use it to clean your floors. Throw away any other floor cleaner you use, including Bona and Swiffer. Oh, and get rid of your carpet cleaners too. This does it all. It leaves my floors shiny and I haven’t met a stain in the carpet that it hasn’t gotten out. You won’t regret the purchase!

The only con I can find is it takes a little extra extra to push it along carpet in comparison to other smaller cordless models I’ve utilized in the past. Other than that, it not only does a great job on carpet, tile, and wood, but it also self cleans & makes cleaning the whole house significantly easier & almost effortless. Messes I would typically have to get down on my hands & knees to clean were gone in less than 15 seconds with this vacuum!

I enjoy how easy the device is to use and that it can clean a rug! However I would say I wish it had as much power or a power option as it does during the cleaning cycle.

Cleans tiled floors well. Just doesn't dry them well. Overall, I like it better than my corded model for the cleaning, but I like my corded model better for the drying aspect.

First on I got was stolen from my front door before I could even use it. Luckily I was able to get a slightly used on off of Facebook market place. This vacuum is amazing, I have a one bedroom apartment with tile flooring. From start to finish including cleaning vacuum takes no more than 25 minutes. I had a gen 1 version and thought that clean well. I thought the dark spots on the tile were permanent. First time cleaning with gen two and no more dark spots. Yes cleaning all the parts is a hassle but the time I save makes it worth it.
