It’s pretty good except that the battery runs down fast. I use it to mop my laminate flooring and it does a good job. I like how it spins out the brush at the end of cleaning by itself.

It's a great product but could use a hard suction feature. Sometimes the floor is left wetter than I'd like.

I wouldn't say its worth what I paid for it, but I do like it for LIGHT cleaning on hardwood. Does not work at all on area rugs, mine was dirtier after attempting to use it. Pet owners beware, if you have any considerable amount of pet hair or dirt you should still sweep and or vacuum prior to this. It does leave dirty water streaks from the wheels, and pet hair quickly bunches up on the cover above the brush, making the water/solution come out unevenly and it doesn't suck up as well. I do love the cordless feature and the battery lasts long enough to do the main floor of the house.

I do not regret this purchase at all. I used to use swiffer dry and wet jet, as well as a regular vacuum regularly on my floors. I used to dread cleaning my floors. But not anymore, this makes cleaning so effortless. My only gripe is that the water tank is too small in my opinion. I have to change it out at least 3 times before I'm done cleaning. The reservoir is also a little too small. Cleaning solution is a bit pricey as well. However, these are just minor issues. The unit as a whole is just too darn good.

It will work good on a hardwood floor, but on tile floor it may leave some lines when using wet mode. Overall, good product as this is wireless and self-cleaning mode is awesome.

My goal is to have all cleaning supplies cordless so I bought this to help deep clean my floors and carpet. This has been amazing with stains on my various flooring from having a baby! Plus the charge lasts for awhile before I have to dock it to charge. For instance, I can clean all these rooms before charging: living room, dining area, kitchen, half bathroom, and one room. Enjoying this product so far.

This vacuum works very well. No more sweeping before moping. Do it all at the same time! No cord to fool with either.

Haven’t worked out how to use the self-cleaning feature, but the machine is eady to use and hand cleaning after use is a breeze. It makes cleaning up pet messes a nreeze.

I have read a lot of negative reviews on this vac, and most of them mention loses suction and leaves trails after the first use... Well just putting it thru the clean cycle isn't enough, You really have to clean it. There is a lot of stuff left over in the hose, if you run water or a pipe cleaner thru it, you would be amazed at how clean it gets, but if you dont do that!, sure it won't work!!... But I love it it does everything it is supposed to do every time, if you take care of it.. Worth the money.

I am loving my crosswave max!!! I have a large ceremic tile floor and my back would be killing me after mopping. I have a lot of traffic throughout my house and it seems like everytime the floor was mopped the next day someone would waste something on it. This makes it so much easier to clean up the daily spills. It doesn't scrub the floor to do a deep clean but for me it makes a world of difference and my back Thanks it.

Awesome vacuum! Sucks up everything and cleans the floors great! Easy to use. The self clean feature is an added bonus.

I bought this Bissell Crosswave to clean my hardwood floors. It’s really nice to be able to vacuum and scrub your floors at once. It picks up very well and gets all the hair my 3 dogs leave behind.

This multi-surface cleaner does wonders for both my kitchen floors and hardwood floors. So easy to use!

very light and easy to use. Cleans up big messes as well as little. We have 3 huskies and muddy pawprints are common.

Vac does a good job cleaning but if you have a large surface area to clean, the battery charge doesn't last very long and to fully re-charge, it takes 4 hours.

I think I really like this. It is a great little vacuum and does a pretty good job of mopping. The machine is also easy to clean, which I recommend doing frequently if you use the mopping function.

Light, easy to use. Works great. Great for those of us that have pets especially. I highly recommend this product.

I wish I would've bought this sooner! It does a great job of cleaning my laminate flooring. I have very smooth floors and have a hard time finding products that don't leave VERY visible streaks. This Bissell is amazing because it vacuums the dirt, mops, and dries the floor with enough passes after you use the mop setting therefore not leaving streaks.

Really great i had no issues with set and use. Seems small, requires multiple passes, but effective for small spaces.
