BEWARE!!

They were out of stock on the soap that goes with the machine I purchased and associate assured me product would work no problem ... WRONG! Long story short it leaves a heavy film and soap residue that is very hard to get removed. May be fine in their machine but not compatible with all as claimed. On top of that, store refused to take the product back.

Too sticky and worst product

If you add this product the entire floor becomes sticky - irrespective of quantity. You can't use it in any other steam mop so you are tied down with the worst steam mop ever - bissell. Never again I am buying this product.

Great product, Fresh smell

My dog seems to think that is OK for him to urinate on this carpet, so the stairs started to get smelly even though we cleaned after him every time. I finally got Bissell deep clean and refresh and the result was amazing. I have used a lot of pet stain and odor removers before, but non of them worked as good as this product. I would recommend this.

Not only did it smell fantastic when I was using it to shampoo my carpets, but it smelled wonderful for days after. I wish there was a bigger bottle, so it would last longer!
