The transparency of the compartments allow you to see the dirt and stains coming right out! I have to hide it from my family so they won’t steal it!

Based on recommendations, I don't mix anything with the water and spray cleaner directly on the carpet only. Only negative is there isn't gap on the bottom, so if I'm working on carpet, I put cardboard under it for airflow.

They call it Hydrosteam. Fancy name for water spray. It works ok but I was looking for the disinfectant properties of a real steamer

Not worth the money at all

It shoots a stream of water for about 5 seconds before it starts steaming. The suction isn’t any good unless you’re using it on a hard surface. The angle and position you have to hold it to use the brush is very problematic. Waste of money. Took it back.

The only problem/con is carpet/ upholstery is still wet even after going over it multiple times. But other than that I love this product and would recommend it to a friend.
