I used it the first time and cleaned the couch cushions only to find a huge puddle under and around the base. The leak was so bad it took two kitchen towels to dry up the water. After going out to return the defective until and run errands to let the cushions dry, I can't home to find sandpaper feeling cushions. I then tried the new exchanged unit and it leaked as well. Do yourself a favor and avoid this product at all costs.

It can handle basic cleaning but it can't clean or refresh carpets or any piece of furniture. It's good for cleaning after the pets but that's it.
