Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Item is Good the Staff made me pay for it in the Shaumburg location and pick it up in the Arlington HTS location which the acting manger was extremely rude and told me I had to pay again at the store because the receipt was done improperly by the Schaumburg store. Then he said he wouldn't call the store to assist me as according to him they don't call any store to help customers. I wasted 2 hrs driving back and forth and they really don't care about the customer. I returned it and bought it at another chain. Will not be back the worst customer service EVER !!!

Didn't make steam for the first 2 tanks, Researched why and found that you need to clean a small cloth filter and then it made steam but only for 2 to 3 minutes. This think leaked worse than the titanic.

I was so excited for the steam cleaning but that what a huge disappointment. I actually returned it for the one that is a step down from this unit. This unit is built well but again I was so disappointed in the steam feature I returned it.

Handle broke in less than a week.

You're supposed to push the handle forward till you hear a click and then you can lift the top off but the plastic that holds the handle to the lid is so cheap that one of the joints just broke off. It was fine up till then but it happened in less than a week. Just a cheaply made product in my opinion.

Defective right out of the box

Great good think i bought the Bissell a couple weeks ago. Get it set up, and it doesn't dispense cleaner right out of the box. Tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions from the manual. NOTHING! Straight back to the store as soon as they open! I do not recommend!
