I was so excited for the steam cleaning but that what a huge disappointment. I actually returned it for the one that is a step down from this unit. This unit is built well but again I was so disappointed in the steam feature I returned it.

Handle broke in less than a week.

You're supposed to push the handle forward till you hear a click and then you can lift the top off but the plastic that holds the handle to the lid is so cheap that one of the joints just broke off. It was fine up till then but it happened in less than a week. Just a cheaply made product in my opinion.

Great good think i bought the Bissell a couple weeks ago. Get it set up, and it doesn't dispense cleaner right out of the box. Tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions from the manual. NOTHING! Straight back to the store as soon as they open! I do not recommend!

Do not buy! It is falsely advertised!

I can literally hold my hand up to the "steam" with no burning/scalding issues. It is only as warm as the water you put in it. The "steam" also only comes in about three second bursts. You can buy something comparable to this thing on Amazon for like $40-50 bucks. Returning this thing.
