I have some really old stains in my carpet. This didn't get rid of them completely, but it did make them lighter.

Just bought it recently and returned it right after use. The biggest problem is the sprayer that won't spray but leak and drip all over the surface, which I noticed is the same issue with my Bissell Pet Pro carpet cleaner. The suction is just ok, I tried cleaning my 3 piece sectional with it, it did pull the dirt out of the cushions as the water at the end was very dirty but the stains, however fresh or old, are still there, so it didn't really do a good job of treating those stains as advertised. On to try Hoover and Shark next, hopefully they will be a better option

It was okay, not my favorite but it did get the job done. Overall I would buy it again if no better option were available

Doesn’t really have the power expected to get a good carpet wash. Also, cleaning fluid reservoir is very small, you have to constantly change it.

Worked well enough, almost too well. It kind of sucked up the dirt from beneath the carpet and made the dog spots worse.

You have to sit on the floor to clean. I was not aware that the hose was so short

I should’ve just packed it back up the second I realized it leaked, but I tried to use it only to discover that the brush sits so far behind the suction nozzle that it sucks up all of the detergent before you can even get the stains scrubbed out

Leaks from The bottom when you use more than the minimum amount. I read Review and plenty of them said they leak. Use that minimum level it is OK but when you use in between minimum and maximum it leaks

works better than my 2 year Basel carpet clear that couldn't clean dirty bucket cause it had screw u had remove and mold was building up in it and wand holder broke so decide to buy this new version works better and I can clean it a lot easier then my old one its worth buying also it also told me my old one carpet clear brush was warn out so glad I bought this one got to say basell did good job make this one worth the upgrade its got a lot more features on the wand witch I like

This little monster does the job. No more carrying the big machine around. We have two pets believe me our house smells fresh now. We now have smiles on our face. Believe me its hard to keep a house smelling fresh when you have pets.

My husband had grease on his shoes and tracked it on to our carpet. I was able to get it out with this machine. I had several failed attempts with other methods. It really works well.

Much better performance then the previous model. It has an issues with the cap for the cleaning solution and it likes to cross thread every time causing it to dump soap everywhere. I cleans great but the quality of the threads on the cleaning tank is just terrible.

Overall I can say for a smaller machine it does its job well you can see the dirty water lifting right up into the vacuum tube. The only thing is that I feel that the end part of the suction tube where the liquid comes out from it’s a little bit flimsy I guess just don’t press down to hard on it …

Not only does it leak the spray didnt work, it was sucking the water back in instead of spraying, im wondering if it has something to do with the leak hum!
