I had it on the floor on a flat surface, and then it started making this weird noise. Confused i turned it off and when i picked the device up to inspect it, water bursted out from the bottom. Returned it to get a refund tho, the employee who helped me was great.

Have had to use it twice for when my dog has been sick and it did fantastic on the carpet. Having something like this is necessary as a pet owner, just in case.

However, it is more suited for spot cleaning as it takes a bit of time to clean one spot. I have to go over a spot multiple times to get to the point of fully cleaning it. I have a pet cat that pukes a lot, so spot cleaning has worked great. But a larger area takes a lot of work and effort to accomplish.
