We’ve used it on several stains that have been set in for much longer than a year. Not all of them came out but a majority of them did. And my rugs smell SOOO much better now.

The holding method for the hose is vastly improved, as it does not require the hose make a 90 degree turn to be stored. That caused my older model’s hose to break.

If you have kidz or petz keep this little guy near the front of the broom closet....you'll be using it again and again.
