Very disappointing. Suction just ok. For the size I was hoping it would have really good suction but really doesn’t. Shop vacuum and spray bottle way better.

Borrowed this machine from my daughter and fell in love with it. Had to buy one for myself since I have a grand dog that likes to use my carpet instead of the grass outside. This little green machine is awesome along with the solution takes all stains and odors out of my carpet.

Was very excited for this product but was very disappointed. It sprays and sucks the water up but doesn’t clean as well as I thought. Also leaves a lot of water behind so it left things soaking wet that took forever to dry.

Works for what you need it to do, but not great. Supposed to be heated but more like lukewarm.

Had high hopes but was disappointed. Poor suction power. Left the area soaking wet eveb after going over it many times

This little machine is a beast when it comes to clean

This is a great product to buy for taking care of your furniture. Especially when you have pets learning how to stay off the couches. Only minusing one star off becayse I thought the water heats up when in use, but it says in the manual that warm water must be inserted.

I bought it for pet accidents. I wound up using it for EVERYTHING! It works on mattresses, cars, and stairs!! It works great. Just remember, let it warm up some first! It's "trial and error" to get the stream right but after a few tries, you'll be cleaning everything around you with ease!!!

It’s very loud but it’s decent for spots. Doesn’t really work for white carpets because it just spreads the stain.

Used this to clean a used couch we got, it's so satisfying seeing the dirty water at the end! Having this gives us the peace of mind that if we get any stains or booboos on our carpets or couch we'll be able to treat it immediately!

The best investment I ever made. It will literally get any stain out. I have 2 toddlers and my carpet and living room set needs daily cleaning. This cleaning machine gets everything out. Definitely recommend for getting those stains out.

I wasn’t very satisfied with the product. I brought it to shampoo our couch to get a few stains out nothing major however all it did was lighten them instead of removing them

I was expecting better removal of old stains but it did not remove the entire stain. Would recommend using it as quick as possible after a stain has appeared because the longer it’s been there the less likely it is to come out. Overall I would still recommend it for daily cleaning of upholstery.

Product works well, but it is a bit disposable. The hose ripped very easily.

It was super loud and doesn’t clean that well for the price. Compared to other Bissell products, this one is a dud. Highly recommend the spot bot over this

I clearly do not understand the 5-star rating on this product. Not enough suction and requires too much force to push down the suction nozzle and it destroys the carpet if you do it over and over. Don't waste your money and time.

Good for deep stains but don’t expect perfection when it comes to restoring to original quality. Ive had some leaks and issues with this. At the end of the day it gets the job done when it comes to spot cleaning.

It was easy to setup and use. However, the drains are raised in the tanks making them both impossible to fully drain. This impairs the usefulness of the product.
