The suction didn't work had to return the machine. Best Buy had great customers service! Disappointed the carpet cleaner didn't work.

The machine does not suck back up much of the water. Good for spot cleaning probably.

The best thing about this vacuum is how portable it is. I needed a small wet vacuum for cleaning pet-related messes in my car and on my rug, so this was the perfect purchase for that. The only issue is that the parts won’t last long. I’ve only used the vacuum 4 times now (it’s a year old, but I rarely use it), and one of the tanks is already leaking. I’ve already ordered a replacement, but this was an annoying discovery.

Ok Didn’t realize it’s got small spot stains more than cleaning a big area

Works great but the exhaust is on the bottom so you have to hold it to help it breath and not overheat. I have an old box window fan I set it on to eliminate the problem of me and the bissell from working too hard.

Best little handy carpet cleaner! I have a large one but it’s so hard to carry up and down the stairs in my townhome. This is a must have if you own pets and a lot of carpet in your home

Great for the price. Do not expect a professional grade item. That being said, it gets the job done. If you are a casual user, this is more than enough, if you want to make a business, this is not it.

This product is ok for fresh stains. Does not do the best on older stains.

It works, but the thing leaks the water that it’s supposed to suck up sometimes making the mess even bigger.

I originally purched to shampoo the rug in my camper. It did take some of the dirt and grime but I don't think the rug was ever cleanee. However, it doesn't work that great on stains that have been there and not new. Hot water doesn't stay hot.

This is a purchase I regret. Worse, I have just gotten around to using it, way too late to return. I agree with another reviewer who wrote that a spray bottle of spot cleaner and a shop vac would do the job better and faster. For small spots, you wouldn't even need a shop vac. Although I followed instructions closely and used a lot of elbow grease, there was little to no effect even on minor stains. Two lessons learned: (1) Use any machine right away to test whether or not it's worth keeping; and (2) Beware of any device that is more focused on complicated design than its practical utility. My bad for procrastinating and getting stuck with the worst purchase I've made in household appliances!

Sais it is a "proheat" machine, but it doesn't heat tube h20 itself... you have to put the hot h20 into it yourself. if you're not expecting that in the product... then everything else about it is fine.

This did not do much steaming. Its just sprayed the solution and the vacuum didn't have enough suction to get the water out of the fabric

Kinda disappointed, it didnt really get hot, the machine did but not the water. Didnt clean like i thought.
