Very hard to use. Suction used to extract for cleaning was horrible. I returned item because of that. I’m going to try a different model because normally this brand has user friendly options.

Stopped working one year after purchased, and in that time I had used it 2 times.

broke the suction part, buy a last only months not even a year or 6 months and is broken

Very unhappy with this purchase. The dirty water container constantly leaks. Will be returning.

Need a replacement for my Bissell stand up carpet cleaner immediately does the job to a point. It will start leaking on you when its "full".

The Bissell Little Green Pro Heat is a decent steam cleaner, with a few minor setbacks. Right out of the box, the set up is very simple and straight forward. The vacuum is pretty small, It definitely holds true to it’s name as a portable vacuum. Included in the box are all the main parts needed for it to work, as well as 2 different cleaning heads and a sample bottle of the Bissell pro cleaner. I decided to try it out on my couch first, to get rid of a few stains. The spray nozzle is pretty nice and does a good job at soaking down the desired spot. Once you spray the solution, then you start to brush and vacuum it up. I was having issues with the nozzle leaking while I was vacuuming, not sure why but it was kind of an issue. After about 5 minutes of a steady clean, I figured that was enough and turned it off. The vacuum did a nice job cleaning the couch, as it removed the minor dirt stain. The next spot I tried it on, was a few dirt spots on the carpet. I sprayed the desired spots, then proceeded to clean. This time, I was not as impressed. The spots still showed on the carpet, even after a thorough clean. Not to mention, I was still having an issue with water leaking out of the top of the nozzle. I tried a few more different spots, and had the same results. I wasn’t very impressed with the turnout of the carpet. After I was all done vacuuming, now comes time to dispose of the excess liquid and wash out the Bissell. They made this very simple and painless, which is nice, because the last thing I want to do after cleaning, is clean some more. Overall, the Bissell does a good job on furniture, as well as stairs. It could’ve been a little better on the carpet stains, but I guess that would require a full fledged carpet steamer. The portability makes it easy to cary around, as well as reach smaller spaces. I’m not sure if my unit has a defect, but the leaking was a nuisance. Nothing major, just a couple of drops hear and there. I am surprised and a little disappointed that the manufacture didn’t add the auto cord wind up feature, but I guess that has to do with the portability of the vacuum. Other than the few minor issues, I still think this is very useful tool. I would recommend this to anyone who has carpet stairs and cloth surfaces that need to be detailed.

Purchased after viewing reviews for cleaning several slightly dirty area rugs. Did not clean at all and solution emptied very quickly. Had to refill just for a 5x7 rug making it too much work.

Didn't last more than 10 uses. What a waste of money and it lasted 5 months

Piece of crap. Leaks after 3rd use. Before customer service tries to give obvious troubleshoot, it's not the gasket, it's none of the plastic side bins. It's none of the hose or any parts of it. Check them all and they good. It's coming from the bottom out the motor. Go with a different brand. Bissell is mediocre products. Unless they pay for my shipping and give me a new one don't contact me.

I wouldnt recommend using this for car interior. I tried it out for that for anyone wondering if it would work for cars. Wouldn’t recommend.

This took forever, did nothing and I couldnt figure out how to turn a heater on. That could have just been me but still!

Says that it heats up and the model I received does not. Very misleading name.

It's good for spot cleaning and car and couch detailing, but the "heat" doesn't have any temperature. Mine may be defective, or it just doesn't get the water warm.

Is made with poor material, it leaks. We had to return it.

This vacuum is not worth it. I tried using it to clean my light couches but i felt it didnt make a difference.

Piece of crap! Small, loud, and ineffective. Doesn’t really heat water and not powerful at all. Cord and hose too short!

Horrible product. It does not work nearly as well as my previous spot cleaner
