The water did not really heat, and the suction was low. It did get stains out, but I expected better.

Item poorly made and tubes break easily spilling dirty water everywhere.

The cord leaks. I only used it twice and it sprays all the water it sucks up back out.

Doesn’t clean well and you have to refill the tank too much

I had high hopes, but this really didn't work very well at all. I ended up using it for a couple weeks. Then, I threw it away.

Suction is poor, for what it is, I’d rather just buy a wet vac or anything else.

Got this on sale, suction is ok, but the hose is very short, electric cord is also short.

As the title states, this is an efficient portable and powerful carpet and upholstery cleaner, very light but at the same time feels sturdy and perfect size to carry everywhere and most of all, easy to maneuver inside the car and cleaning the seats. It is designed to work on those tough stains, that are located in not easy to reach places, but it is not for large areas. This is what is included: • Carpet cleaner • 3" tough stain tool • 3-in-1 stair tool • HydroRinse Self-Cleaning hose tool • Professional Spot & Stain + Oxy 8-oz. trial size formula • User Guide The assembly is almost intuitive, however is better to take a look to the user guide, which is not going to take more than 5 min between following the instructions and figure how to set up. You will find two reservoirs on the sides of the device, one holds the clean water where you add the formula mixture, and the other is the dirty recovered water. The clean tank has lines marking were to fill with water and cleaning solution for small or large jobs. The mix water/cleaning solution is sprayed out from under the handle towards the brushes. The suction is very powerful, you can see the water being suctioned through a clear window that is on top of the attachment tool. My unit came with 2 cleaning tools, one call it 3” Tough Stain and the 3 in 1 Stair tool. The first one does the job pretty well when you have really hard stains, the second one is more for a delicate surface and it is very easy to use, it is a flat, edge, and corner cleaner all in one. The head has the shape of a triangle that you can rotate to choose the best cleaning option so you can clean tight spaces or corners. And finally there is a self-cleaning attachment for the hose to rinse it out. The portability is a great pro, but another one is that is not too noise as the other units that I have had. The term "ProHeat", although it doesn't actually heat the water, but what it does is to help to maintain water temperature. The convenient size makes it easy to store on a shelf, in a closet or cabinet. The unit and the tools are also easy to clean . One thing that I noticed was that the suction engine is at the base, so it is better to locate the unit in a flat area, so the air can circulate freely, I wouldn’t recommend to place the unit on a carpet, for example. I don’t see any cons on this unit, I really like it and I would recommend it without hesitation.

Works well on small upholstery stain. Tried to clean a small carpeted area - not so good.

It works great for a quick soill but not so good for a stain that has been there for a week

This is a small spot vacuum. It works great for that. A small spill, dirty foot prints in the carpet, stuff like that. Follow instructions and this little machine does what it is meant to do. Several complaints about wet floor when finished in comments. It isnt meant to dry the floor, just suck up most of the heavier moisture. Use it for the job it was intended and you shouldnt be to disappointed.

Piece of garbage. don't waste your money. buy something else, elsewhere.

I had the original version and it's far superior. This one can get the job done but it takes time and it leaks. If I knew then what I know now, I wouldn't have purchased it. It can clean up small set in stains but not good for large stains, takes too much time -hours.

Actually, this product is good to return it because not as what I expect??

This is smaller and lighter than I expected which is great as I use it go small spills and quick spots. We have a Bissell full size carpet cleaner for when the entire carpet needs to be cleaned but this is so much easier for spot cleaning in between. We have a toddler so spills happen often and with a light tan carpet I need to be able to quickly clean up before things stain. I love that this can be used to clean upholstery and have also used it to clean our washable carseat without having to disassemble as much as usual. The included tools make this a great multipurpose cleaner. I love that it includes cleaner to try it out right away as well.
