This product performed way better than we could have expected. One of our dogs got sick when we were not home and this product cleaned everything and made the house smell nice.

Works great and really gets stains and odors out. I love the portability of this machine too.

Got this to clean up after a toddler and if that is what you need this for it works amazingly. I’m not dissatisfied with any part of this machine.

This Bissell Deep Cleaner is being put to good use because of our 1 year old puppy. Cleans up pee messes in a snap. It's portable so easy to carry around and it self cleans itself. I would recommend this to anyone with a pet.

Was hoping this was going to be a great bissell product that i would keep for years.... Unfortunately there is a design flaw or something with these machines. Used it once and it worked great. Emptied dirty water and went to use it a second time and then it started leaking out the bottom fan half way through the cleaning. So turns out bissell is aware of this problem and has instructions on their website on how to "fix" this problem. I got it to be better but it still continued to leak past the very very thin rubber gasket that is on the bottom of the dirty tank. Needs more of a seal to keep this from letting water past but i guess their fix is a video instead of fixing the design. Very frustrating.

Def. Needed this to clean my couch! I like this because it really cleaned my couch! All dirt was on the second waste plastic tube! I dó recommend this if u needed to clean ur couch or ur carpet as well!

Recently got a new pup and he decide to use the bathroom on our rug this came in handy more then I thought it would be would definitely recommend it.

This thing is light and very easy to clean with. Good suction. Doesn’t take much cleaner to get the job done. Scrub brush is easy on fabrics.

Best thing ever - we have two pets and it's been such a life saver and especially during the times I am clumsy and spill things on the carpet or furniture. Portable and easy to use!

Works great. We have a kid and pet and constantly have meses in rugs, couch, and car seats. This is great to clean them and get the mess and odors out when they aren’t easily washable.

I have a dog and cat. Accidents sometimes happen and was looking for a small portable product like this one. It does a great job soaking the area and the scrub brush attachments. The suction works great. It’s so satisfying to see all the nasty brown water being sucked up leaving a nice clean carpet behind. I’d recommend this product.

Love this little cleaner. Used it for the first time to clean my car’s seats before selling it. Was delighted (and slightly grossed out) by just how much it cleaned them.

So glad we bought this! Have some furniture that was a bit dingy but otherwise in good shape. This little machine cleaned up years of grime from the arms of a chair, seat cushions on a rocking chair and is now off to clean 2 sofas.
