This tool is a miracle! It works so well being able to clean up small messes on the carpet or couch that would otherwise require some serious scrubbing. I’ve yet to use it on any stain or mark that it did not make better.

Used to steam clean our couch and it did an AMAZING job. The couch really needed a pick me up. You do need to be sure to apply pressure to suction the water and do so in vertical sections, spot cleaning on certain materials may leave moisture rings

This works great. Needed something to clean carpeted stairs. It’s very easy to use and comes with great attachments to reach awkward angles.

Works great so far. Good for the cars, especially after the winter season.

Pros -Holds a good amount of dirty water -portable -Multiple attachment options -Long cord Cons “ProHeat” is deceptive. The only heat is what the hot water you put into it provides. The machine provides no heat itself. Also you cannot put boiling water in, so the heat of the water is very limited. Most of the cleaning I did was with cold water by the time I was 1/3 way through cleaning. It also runs through the cleaning solution pretty fast.

Compact but powerful! I have had several small cleaners over the years and this one is the best by far.

We use this to clean the sofa after our dog rubs her body all over it. Works great.

Works good. The only thing I negative I would say is the picture is misleading. The machine is not “hot” the only heat the machine produces is from the hot water you put in the canister. I don’t know why the picture shows the hot image???

Very easy to use. Hot water heating helps keep the water hot very well and is very useful. IT also sucks up the water very well. This is a great emergency spot remover if you have pets that tend to stain the carpet!

This product works amazing and is one of my favorite carpet cleaning devices I have bought in a long time!

It works pretty well. Does not heat the water, but does keep it warm. It’s good for spot cleaning and small which makes it easier to move around.

I wasn't quite sure this little machine would do much to "spot clean" but it is great! Not complicated and easy to use. It easily sucks up the grime. Easy to assemble and clean after use. Glad I bought it.

Works awesome on car interior, couches and other fabric furniture. The heat breaks up tough spots and stains and gets it looking new

My mom likes it a lot she said it helps her with cleaning the sofa also it is not heavy.

It’s good for the purpose but wish the hose was bigger and the suction was better

Overall it worked really well I really enjoyed it. It cleans every well and easy to use. I only got this one because it was a mini but it’s worth the money especially if you have kids.

My dog had an accident on the carpet and I went out to pick this up. This thing worked well and got everything up.

Works great, I’ve sucked up some nasty stuns in my car and carpets . Never leaves a bad smell or a stain so far
