Exactly what i needed. I uses this to clean the carpets inside of my car and they now look like they are fresh from the dealership!

Works good. The only thing I negative I would say is the picture is misleading. The machine is not “hot” the only heat the machine produces is from the hot water you put in the canister. I don’t know why the picture shows the hot image???

Very easy to use. Hot water heating helps keep the water hot very well and is very useful. IT also sucks up the water very well. This is a great emergency spot remover if you have pets that tend to stain the carpet!

I not only use it for my pets stains i also use it for my vehicles seats and rugs! Works great!!

Used to steam clean our couch and it did an AMAZING job. The couch really needed a pick me up. You do need to be sure to apply pressure to suction the water and do so in vertical sections, spot cleaning on certain materials may leave moisture rings

this product is worth every penni, i use it in my airbnb and it gets the job done everytime

I wasn't quite sure this little machine would do much to "spot clean" but it is great! Not complicated and easy to use. It easily sucks up the grime. Easy to assemble and clean after use. Glad I bought it.

Didn't last long, is leaking water. I couldn't used anymore, I have no Idea how to be repair.

It's a handy little steamer to use around the house. It does what it is supposed to do in a lightweight, portable manner.

This product does a good job at tackling tough stains. It has removed old marks and dirt other product and methods have failed to do. The only drawbacks is the brush fitting is on the small side so you won't be able to tackle large surfaces in one go, and the length of the hose is pretty short so you will have to hold the device in one hand and stretch to reach spots farther away. This can be heavy and cumbersome when its filled with water. Still can't fault how well it gets the job done. Good product overall.

Deep cleans, Easy to use, a little wet but manageable. Would buy another one if it had a 2 in 2 tank for water and solution. Love it.
