I've had this product for close to two years now. I initially bought it because I spilled we dirt on my carpet. No fun! This was recommended by the sales reps at BBUY along with the cleaner. It was an excellent recommendation! My carpet looks good as new. It has been great removing pet urine and fabric stains on furniture. I would recommend!

The dirty water reservoir stops filling before the clean reservoir has emptied. It's decent for cleaning stairs and furniture, but I have to stop halfway through to empty the dirty reservoir before completing the job.

i purchased this due to my dog being sick and having diarrhea. i have no complaints about it, this made short work of clean ups and removed the stains from my carpets, comes with a hydro washer and a sample bottle to start with, quality product

This thing works so well that the rest of the carpet looks dirty compared to the spots I cleaned! I used it on the furniture after that to undo all the damage from the kids. It’s great so far.

This is good for spots did a great job on my sofa but on the carpet not so great, I have a Bissell Crosswave that works way better for the carpet, anyway I bought this one for little spots so I am happy and I recommend it for upholstery.

Does an amazing job. Perfect for when you don't want to have to pull out the big carpet shampooer.

I bought this to clean upholstery after watching a professional clean one of my dining room chairs. Used it on my sofa and it seemed to do the job in an efficient manner. I did not use the Bissell cleaner, just used water due to the nature of my fabric.

It works very well. I like how it is portable so it is easy to use.

It works great, a few minor cons but overall I would recommend this item to anybody needing a shampooer for their vehicle or just small areas.

Was able to remove a lot of dirt and staining from some of my cloth furniture. However it did take quite a few passes and a lot of time since the head is quite small. Not super powerful but does the job well if working on a small area. Price could be better.

Purchased this to restore the backseat of my vehicle. It had deep stains from putting plants in the back seat for transportation. I did two rounds with the matching including lots of scrubbing. The seat was definitely cleaner than before I’ll give it that but you could still see the stains after cleaning. Maybe a third or fourth go around would be good but I have use the Bissell Heatwave 2X PRO Revolution and it had gotten much deeper stains using the same type of vacuum attachment as this vacuum. If you can afford the bigger vacuum just get it.
