Very pleased with this Bissell product! My kitty occasionally has an accident with her food, and had been spot cleaning the messes. I decided to research different portable steam cleaners, and the reviews were good for this model. I really am amazed at how great it is for lifting the spots! It is easy to fill; the water does seem to stay warm while using the machine. I would not let the word "ProHeat" mislead you though. I don't believe it will warm up the water in the chamber if you have shut it off and not used it for awhile. Perhaps I am wrong but I did not find it to heat in that regard. However, I did use it on spots again, and it still removed the spots very well. I am definitely pleased with this model and would recommend it for spots on carpet as well as furniture, and also cleaning your vehicle carpet. Also, the attachments worked well. Now if it was only yellow or blue instead of green lol (just kidding)!

The BISSELL handheld deep cleaner is worth your money. It differently worked wonders on your couches and our car seats.

Got the job done! Had tons of dog stains and stuff from shoes and it made all the white carpets clean again !!!

It's a must buy! Bought it to clean my son bed and wow this thing do the job. Also used it to clean my car carpet and amazingly clean it . No longer going to spend money at the carwash.

Great little machine. I use this on everything from outdoor patio furniture, indoor sofa cushions, carpet, and rugs. Has gotten stains out of my 7 year old sofa that’s never been cleaned.

Got this to clean up after a pet dog that tends to vomit regularly. It works well and is very convenient for that purpose. You put cleaner and water in the left tank. There is a sprayer on the wand to spray the area to be cleaned. Let it sit for five minutes, then suck it up with the wand. But draw the wand slooowwwly across the wet area and make 3 or 4 passes. The small opening needs time to get up the solution. Also this is really for spots, I don't see having the patience to do a whole rug with this. You don't need to fill the solution tank all the way for most jobs, it has lines for small area and large area (almost full). I have done four or five 6"x6" spots and still had plenty left filling only to the small area mark. Also, empty and rinse the dirty tank promptly. If you are cleaning up food or other organic material, it is going to start to fester if left.

This is our second Bissell Spotbot. Has saved us so much hassle with pet accidents and random carpet stains.

Worked for what I needed it for, cleaning an overstuffed chair and ottoman. Did a good job, would have to clean it twice to do an excellent job but it's not a professional cleaner so I expected as much. It will work well for cleaning smaller area rugs.

It worked real good. Now that it cleaned everything the problem is what to do with it? Want to hire me to clean your furniture?? It works real good. Used on chairs that was in storage for 3 yrs and a basement for almost 4 yrs.

Got because I wanted to shampoo my car, the things you have to buy to get this to work in your car are the same price of an actual detail. I love the product just not that convenient, had to buy a 60 dollar converter.

Love it. Had several spills in my car and on my couch from the kids, quick spray and scrub they all came up, didn’t leave the place soaking either. Next trial is my mattress.
