The part that sucks everything up (the attachment), broke sadly after a little less than a months use while cleaning the stairs. Still a good purchase regardless of having to return it.

Great cleaner for small areas!

She had diarrhea and had thrown up. Bought this to clean up the mess and it took all the stains and smells out. Thank you Bissel.

Almost like plug and play besides having to fill in water and solution first. The only con is that once it’s being turned on you can smell the burn off from the machine.
