Easy to use and it works ok. It cleans but the water spill from one side I wish it had like a bigger

Love it! Used it on my couch and now it looks brand new!

It's a must buy! Bought it to clean my son bed and wow this thing do the job. Also used it to clean my car carpet and amazingly clean it . No longer going to spend money at the carwash.

Great little machine. I use this on everything from outdoor patio furniture, indoor sofa cushions, carpet, and rugs. Has gotten stains out of my 7 year old sofa that’s never been cleaned.

Got because I wanted to shampoo my car, the things you have to buy to get this to work in your car are the same price of an actual detail. I love the product just not that convenient, had to buy a 60 dollar converter.

Got this to clean up after a pet dog that tends to vomit regularly. It works well and is very convenient for that purpose. You put cleaner and water in the left tank. There is a sprayer on the wand to spray the area to be cleaned. Let it sit for five minutes, then suck it up with the wand. But draw the wand slooowwwly across the wet area and make 3 or 4 passes. The small opening needs time to get up the solution. Also this is really for spots, I don't see having the patience to do a whole rug with this. You don't need to fill the solution tank all the way for most jobs, it has lines for small area and large area (almost full). I have done four or five 6"x6" spots and still had plenty left filling only to the small area mark. Also, empty and rinse the dirty tank promptly. If you are cleaning up food or other organic material, it is going to start to fester if left.

Ours cleaned really well until it broke. The part that sucks everything up (the attachment), broke sadly after a little less than a months use while cleaning the stairs. Still a good purchase regardless of having to return it.

Worked for what I needed it for, cleaning an overstuffed chair and ottoman. Did a good job, would have to clean it twice to do an excellent job but it's not a professional cleaner so I expected as much. It will work well for cleaning smaller area rugs.

It worked real good. Now that it cleaned everything the problem is what to do with it? Want to hire me to clean your furniture?? It works real good. Used on chairs that was in storage for 3 yrs and a basement for almost 4 yrs.
