We have two young children and a dog. This maybe the single most important appliance we have. It gets regular use and we are very happy with it. I bought this to replace one I had for many years.

The steam cleaner works really well. I wish it was a bit bigger and had more capacity as I use it for car interiors. So it requires some refills. But I have no complaints about how well it works.

Man this little machine can clean. I bought it to clean a car carpet and did wonders. I was very surprised and happy with the results. I highly recommend this product.

I’ve used it in my car and living room furniture and let me tell you it may look like it was clean before hand but once you put the bissell to use you’ll notice what clean actually looks like !!!!

Did an good job, just not enough for me to keep reusing. It requires more pressure to suction the water from my couch cousins plus the water it pours is very minimal and not as efficient as expected. The tools given are not that easy. It takes a toll on your back. Id use this for minimal items like chairs. Not a whole couch.

This thing gets up stains that have set in after a few sessions, depends on the substance. My wife first used this on our kitchen table chairs, it made them look brand new.

I typed "steam cleaner" in the Best buy search and this cleaner popped up. Cleaner works good. The picture is a little deceiving. It shows a red glow in one of the water container. I was under the impression the water would warm up. When I used my cleaner for the first time I did not see no glow nor did I feel the water get warm. So I called the manufacturer and told them what was happening after my first use. Long story short...it doesn't actually glow. It's not supposed to warm up the water either. I made my purchase based off of those features I thought I was getting. Very misleading ad. Nonetheless the cleaner works okay.

Works awesome for Dog Pee and Cat Pee. Definitely a must have for pet owners.
