    This product is great for light stains. But nothing deep. Something for your car or a thin carpet. I have deep carpets with padding and it wouldn’t get it out. The suction just isn’t that amazing, but like I said, it works perfect for thin carpets or car mats. One thing I didn’t notice was the heat. So not sure if mine was defected, or I just wasn’t using it correctly. There’s only one button so not sure how you can use it incorrectly lol

    I purchased this as soon as I got my dog because my apartment had carpet and honestly I don’t love it but I don’t hate it. It cleans, but it doesn’t deep clean. I do like that it has different attachments for it. However it does get clogged very easily which is an inconvenience. Oh, and this is for small areas, not for a whole living room. So for that, it was worth the money
