Great investment makes everything fresh again and takes out all stubborn stains. Wish I had bought it sooner. Cleaning solution is good also but can use your own products within the system to help lift stains also.

I tested on my couch and it got my upholstery super wet and the suction was not what I was expecting. I guess its a lot to expect that a relatively small cleaning tool will compare to the function of the renters you can get at the grocery stores. I cannot complain but I did return to Best Buy.

It took me a day from when my dog threw up, to when I could take the seat out and clean it. So it had time to dry. I did many passes over the area, and it made it smell clean, and also cleaned it, but there was still a stain. What I ended up doing is getting a bristle brush that could be attached to a power drill, and brushed out the stain. That helped get the stain out, and the cleaner help "clean" the area. I heard things about the hose not being very durable, but I'll cross that bridge when I get to it.
