I bought this to clean a used couch. I was looking for a steam cleaner but couldn’t really find one so settled on this cleaner. It definitely did some cleaning because the water was quite dirty after the cleaning process, but it doesn’t heat up the water at all to help with the cleaning. I found the suction to be good and the sprayer nozzle to douse the area with the cleaning solution mix sufficiently. It’s a good product for cleaning.

Cleaned my car, bed, and couch! Pulled up stains, and really helped bring the original color back.

I really liked this little machine. It was easy to setup and use. Best for smaller spot cleanings rather than for the entire carpet. But kept the water hot (it doesn’t heat the water up) and is very easy to clean when finished.

Was skeptical if this would be effective at first with carious pet stains, soda stains, and car stains. It worked wonderfully! I have recommended this product for so many friends and family members who also say it has worked great for them! I higy recommend you try it yourself!

This shouldn’t be called a pro anything. there certainly isn’t any heat and this thing doesn’t deep clean, you do. Essentially this is a shop vac that squirts water. It’s ability to clean is contingent upon how much you can scrub at the stain yourself and then only use the machine to suck up the water. The “heat” comes from you adding your own hot water which only stays warm for but so long being that the container is not insulated and you can’t use boiled water, just got from the tap. I gave it a two because as a house hold item it’s more convenient to move about than an actual shop vac. I wouldn’t waste the money if a true, deep clean is what you’re looking for.

Nifty little thing! Cleans our small rugs and it does prettty good in carpet spot cleaning.

I live in an apartment and the only carpet I have is in the bedroom and my closet. I have had large floor shampooers in the past, but did not need a large one for this apartment. I purchased it to help with cleanup from my elderly cat, and spot cleaning is basically all I need. Bissell has the reputation of being an excellent machine, and this lives up to the reputation. For me, this was the right machine and the right investment.
