Product works great but it started leaking underneath the unit after 10 minutes of use. Maybe my unit was defective? I will need to return it.

Good product! This is best for small areas. We have an accent carpet in the living room and it takes too long to clean that with this. But it has been great to clean the couch and spot clean other areas.

I like the small improvements in this versus previous generations of products. The tanks leak less, the wand self cleaning attachment is nice, and it works well.

Such a great handheld cleaner! I've had a few of these over the years (including Bissell) and this is by far the best one. It's relatively lightweight, has a controlled spray (it doesn't spray everywhere), several attachments and the quietest one I've had by far. The subtle design aspects that make this excellent in my opinion. The bin that collects the waste water has the opening in the corner so you can easily drain ALL the waste easily without having to shake it around. The spray handle attachment has a detachable clear plastic cover for easy cleaning. This is long overdue! And in my opinion, the suction power is great for the size of the unit. It's not industrial strength but sucked up the liquid easily and effectively. Overall this is very good in my opinion and well worth the price.

Carpet cleaner is awesome. Cleans the carpet really well for spots. Very helpful with two dogs in a bunny.

I’ve been using a wet/dry ShopVac for years. What was I thinking? Where has this been my whole life?!? This cleaner has literally changed my life! Instead of raging over messes, I just whip this little cleaner out and I’m done in minutes. Game changer. Highly recommend.
