It has a very good design and is easy to use so I can recommend it to anyone. Cons: weak vacuum. Takes multiple passes to suck out liquid.

The sprayer malfunctioned on the first use, the trigger got stuck and sprayed tons of water all over my couch, myself, and living room. In addition to the trigger getting stuck, the water was spraying out in multiple directions instead of down towards the fabric. Had to turn of the machine and troubleshoot outside. Suction isn't great. I wish I had purchased a different machine.

I was in a spot and needed some spots cleaned up so the money I paid was good. Unfortunately like all other small machines if you dont thoroughly vacuum all areas first then pieces of whatever clog up the machine quickly. I usually just hit it over n over until it works but Im not saying you should do that.

Not worth the hype one but

You have to put warm water inside beforehand anyway and it can't be too hot. The neon bristles stained my white mattress cover. It's suction isn't strong enough to get all the water out, you have to go over it multiple times and then allow like a day or two to dry completely. I used it twice and on the second time it started leaking from the bottom.
