Works great. Definitely gets out the dirt however its a little misleading because you have to add the hot water. Not sure why its called proheat if you have to add the hot water. Other than that it does well.

Purchased to use mainly for vehicles. Great power.

The Product works as described and met my expectations. Significant improvements over the oId little green machine. It’s nice how the hose attachment comes apart easily to clean the end. The noise level of the vacuum isn’t extremely loud like other models. No leaking of dirty liquid when pulling the canister off the machine. The suction of the vacuum could be better but it’s good enough. The biggest downfall is the length of the hose. The hose length is extremely short.

Used to clean cat urine off a couch. Works great. Took out the stain. I'd recommend if you have pets who have accidents, this will clean it up. The urine smell is hard to get rid of but the cleaner stuff that comes with it helps with the smell.

Wife loves it. She is happy. She has used it several times and has commented how much better it works than her old one.

Cleaned my 12 year old sectional now it looks new.

i was really excited to get this cleaner because its easy to carry around and clean anything from sofas, to car interior, among other things. the only problem is that it doesn't clean as good as i thought it would. this is for people who don't have to clean deep, tough and dirty stains.

This is an awesome little spot rug cleaner! Very easy to use.

It cleaned up the carpet looking sort of brand new again

This provides the perfect "almost completely portable" (needs electricity) solution for pet mess, small spills, car cleaning and any other areas getting a full-sized cleaner into is cumbersome. Made well and the ability for it to heat its own water is fantastic!

Works okay. I had a velvet-esque rug and that couldn’t be salvaged, after such cleaning:(. As well. My neck/shoulder pain prevents me from using like I need to. I do think it works in general, just not perfectly new, as we’d like…

It cleans fine but from the description I thought it would actually heat the water and create steam. There is no steam and the heating element barely keeps the water at room temperature. I also don’t like that you have to buy a cleaning solution specific to the device. With that being said, it is good at cleaning upholstery.

This is a good little fella. It gets the job done, a little small but still can do bigger jobs too. Comes in handy real handy.
