This product works great for removing small stains in almost any suface but may not be suited for large cleaning jobs.

Works fabulous and gets the job done! It has a harder time with deep stains but does what we need.

works as advertised. very handy to have to clean the couch and spot clean our carpet in the bed room.

Used only once on chair cushions and itis surprising how much dirt/grime it pulls out when you look at the dirty water it pulls up

We bought this to get rid of dog pee stain on our brand new carpet. Did the job. Wish it came with a small comb attachment to comb out pet hair.

It cleans because the water is dirty but the carpet still looks dirty. Maybe I need a commercial cleaner.

I think its doing its job well enough but the product is called pro heat and doesnt actually heat the water you put in it. It asks for it to be filled with hot water. The false advertising here should be looked out for and maybe help you think twice and save up for something better. If you dont mind the hot water thing, my only gripe with it is the small hose. Its not super light and the short hose means you will have to lift it off the floor while getting to hard to reach areas

This little machine really gets the job done! Small and compact but cleans like a professional machine!!!

I purchased this as a wedding gift and I was honored to give it to them becuase it's such a great quality

It does a great job for little spots and using for your car seats. But for larger areas an upright would work a lot better.

This works like MAGIC! I went to buy this to clean dirt out of my couch and bam! Just like Nicolas cage’s movie. Gone in 60 seconds.

I purchased this to deep clean my dogs beds so I wouldn’t have to throw them in the washer and I am pleasantly surprised. The dogs have been tracking in mud and I do have to put some work in to scrub with the nozzle brush after I spray to get a ready good clean but it looks almost new after. Once washed I leave them out to dry overnight as the vacuum doesn’t take out all of the fluid even after multiple passes. Still worth buying.

Got this to replace an old Green Machine. If you have children, pets or are accident prone, this will help make cleanup easier. This will also do a good job cleaning out your car. Includes all the attachments you need and has a self cleaning feature.

My sofa was stained due to my toddlers spilling something on it. I was hesitant at first but excited to use. I was going to use my own cleaning mixture but when i opened the box it actually had a small sample of the cleaning liquid so that was a plus! Easy to set up & use. I give it a 5 star bcus it did the job easy & quick. I took my sofa cushions out to dry in the sun afterwards. Hope its this easy to clean my carpets next.

I've always owned a green machine but this heated machine is one step above. I didn't think it would make a difference but it does. Highly recommend.

Super handy and easy to use. Very convenient when you need to spot clean. Good for car seats and mattresses.

Our two two dogs are hard on the couch. The material is very light colored and they always get it dirty. Every once in a while I use this with the Bissell solution and it works very well. I don't know how hot it really gets but I don't guess that matters as long as it cleans what you need it to.

OMG! I love this little cleaner. With 3 grand children this comes in very handy. I cleaned all of my furniture with this little machine and it cleaned it very well and the cleaning solution smells great not over powering.

We live in an apt, so storage was a consideration as well as quality on this purchase and Bissell provided exactly what we needed; we love it!!!

Really wanted to love this. I held off on purchasing but finally did after getting sick of seeing our dining chairs with gross dinginess. Also wanted for rug stains. I watched YouTube videos to make sure I was using it right, but it just wasn't effective at lifting the stain out fully. I pre-treated, and put pressure while pushing down with the brush to suck up all the dirty water but was left with water stains.
