Works amazing! Would recommend this product to anyone needing to clean spots on small to medium sized areas

This product works great for removing small stains in almost any suface but may not be suited for large cleaning jobs.

It cleans because the water is dirty but the carpet still looks dirty. Maybe I need a commercial cleaner.

It does a great job for little spots and using for your car seats. But for larger areas an upright would work a lot better.

Works great on with small pet messes. Easy to set up and works much better than a large carpet cleaner.

This machine is so easy and convenient to use. I used it to clean my car seats, my recliner my area rug. Everyone wants to borrow it. I had one years ago and let some borrow it and never got it back. I’m not going to make that mistake again. I will direct them to Best Buy where they are sure to get good products and they always have good sales.

Works fabulous and gets the job done! It has a harder time with deep stains but does what we need.

Really wanted to love this. I held off on purchasing but finally did after getting sick of seeing our dining chairs with gross dinginess. Also wanted for rug stains. I watched YouTube videos to make sure I was using it right, but it just wasn't effective at lifting the stain out fully. I pre-treated, and put pressure while pushing down with the brush to suck up all the dirty water but was left with water stains.

My only steam cleaner I’ve ever had. Works well and low maintenance. Just be sure to always rinse both ends out after usage.

Really good for small and large areas. Perfect for cars too and it’s so good on picking up any liquid.

Great for getting a good clean without all that weight. The water is easy to fill and remove. I have small hands and have always had a tuff time removing other containers . These are easy to get on and off

I bought this to clean my car and it does a great job! I never knew how much I needed this product. I use it on my sofa and certain parts of my carpet as well. Definitely recommend!

Used this on my beige couches and it worked wonders! I have 2 dogs so my couches can get gross, but this removed the smell and stains. 10/10 would buy again

The hose/nozzle inevitably break. I went through three of these before finally going to hoover

This device was very efficient for what I need to be done help me clean my car out clean my carpet in my house. It is very good.

Bought this unit for my home which I recently moved into to clean the stairs that had some spots on it. Cleaner which came with the unit was no where near as good as the commercial grade "resolve" I purchased for the unit once I had went through the small bottle of Bissell cleaner.

This thing actually works. I cleaned my couch that I have had for 5 years and the water came out literally black
