While a little on the pricey side, it feels like a quality product. Straight forward assembly and usage. Just make sure the tank plugs are in when in use.

Ok on upholstery not rugs

It’s really good on fabric and furniture not on everyday carpet or car rugs. Suction is not good like a reg vacuum for debris. Just not what I was looking for. Returned

She said it cleaned up easily and didn't soak the rug... the cleaner is so strong and concentrated. Now she wants one for her job too!

Could have paid less for the same quality

I use boiling water with this, and have used it on my sofas and ottoman and an area rug. Suction power is just OK. All items were still left soaking wet. I would not buy again. Couldn't return because I opened it past the return date.

I wish there was a brush attachment that spun in a siecle to help loosen up the stain. Suction quality is decent if you go over it several times.
