    I wish the name and picture mislead that this would keep the water warm or warm up water. I use boiling water with this, and have used it on my sofas and ottoman and an area rug. Suction power is just OK. All items were still left soaking wet. I would not buy again. Couldn't return because I opened it past the return date.

    This cleaner does a great job at all the little messes kids make. While a little on the pricey side, it feels like a quality product. Straight forward assembly and usage. Just make sure the tank plugs are in when in use.

    Love this machine.used it on my chairs seats and it got all the stains out.eady to use and rinse out for the next time.gets the stains out!

    Bought this unit for my home which I recently moved into to clean the stairs that had some spots on it. Cleaner which came with the unit was no where near as good as the commercial grade "resolve" I purchased for the unit once I had went through the small bottle of Bissell cleaner.

    Had to return this. It’s really good on fabric and furniture not on everyday carpet or car rugs. Suction is not good like a reg vacuum for debris. Just not what I was looking for. Returned

    My mother took my green machine to her job to clean a large dark soda spill on the carpet... She said it cleaned up easily and didn't soak the rug... the cleaner is so strong and concentrated. Now she wants one for her job too!
