LOVE this little machine. It works perfectly and cleans like a normal Keizer cleaner. No issues with debris getting stuck in the head. I wish the tank were bigger for bigger areas.

Gift for my daughter in law. A carpet, and rug saver with 2 dogs to clean up after !!

Does the job. Need it to clean some carpet stains and it works! Make sure you do it multiple times for stain removal

It’s not as good as I thought I wish I had saved the money now. I mean it’s ok, I don’t know how good it really gets stuff outta the carpet, I mean it’s better than nothing. I wish the attachment thing was made a little better though just kinda cheap and it fits on the nozzle loose. I thought it’d be nicer then getting my big carpet cleaner out to clean up a dog mess but it takes the same amount of time and work as using the upright carpet cleaner. I won’t use it as much as I thought but it’s something I guess for a tiny mess. Feel like it’s a bit overpriced though.

This would receive a 5 star rating if they didn't deceptively market it as ProHeat. This does not heat water. It only uses hot water to help get stains out. Other than that, the unit works well.

Great product. Cleaned coffee and other tough stains off a thick carpet.

Although this works great, the "ProHeat" in the title would suggest this heats the water in the tank. It's only as hot as the hot water you put in it.

Overall works well. Make sure to pay attention to the placement of water and solution used. Also,ato the amount of water/ solution needed for the task or could end up wasting where unnecessary.

I just love this little carpet cleaner. We have kids and dogs and this comes in handy so often. Works just great for cleaning up little spots on the carpet or furniture.

I have pets and sometimes they have little accidents especially when I’ve been out of the Ouse for long periods! I’ve had other cleaning machines in the past and this has so far been a godsend!

It works pretty well. My cat had a bladder infection and before i knew that’s what it was, he was peeing everywhere. so i got this to fix that issue. it works well but i don’t think it heats up like it says.

Not bad for the price. Frequently it stops the vacuum even when you clean the dirty filter side.

Borrowed one from a family friend and was so sad to give it back that I knew I had to get one from myself. It's the best money I've spent all year. My mom and other friends have borrowed it and ultimately purchased one as well. Works great, although a little noisy, but does wonders for outdoor couch cushions, pillows, carpeting, the car...

Works ok on light fresh stains. Easily cleaned the couch and couple of spots on rugs. Did not do a good job on car seats, as stains in the car are older (mostly juice and cola spilled by kids). Kind of poor suction too. Bottom line - good product to clean light and fresh stains. Not powerful enough ho handle heavy stuff.
