It really works. The included cleaning solution seems good but idk if you even need it—the suction does the work. A bit fiddly to clean and dry once you're done, but not bad, all things considered.

Great product. Highly recommend. Does amazing detailing work for those parents trying to keep a clean vehicle.

Have used it multiple times on stains of varying trouble. Never disappointed. Be careful not to overuse cleaning products.

LOVE this little machine. It works perfectly and cleans like a normal Keizer cleaner. No issues with debris getting stuck in the head. I wish the tank were bigger for bigger areas.

Works ok on light fresh stains. Easily cleaned the couch and couple of spots on rugs. Did not do a good job on car seats, as stains in the car are older (mostly juice and cola spilled by kids). Kind of poor suction too. Bottom line - good product to clean light and fresh stains. Not powerful enough ho handle heavy stuff.

just got a puppy and the Bissell has really come in handy with accidents

This would receive a 5 star rating if they didn't deceptively market it as ProHeat. This does not heat water. It only uses hot water to help get stains out. Other than that, the unit works well.

It’s not as good as I thought I wish I had saved the money now. I mean it’s ok, I don’t know how good it really gets stuff outta the carpet, I mean it’s better than nothing. I wish the attachment thing was made a little better though just kinda cheap and it fits on the nozzle loose. I thought it’d be nicer then getting my big carpet cleaner out to clean up a dog mess but it takes the same amount of time and work as using the upright carpet cleaner. I won’t use it as much as I thought but it’s something I guess for a tiny mess. Feel like it’s a bit overpriced though.

Ok, I def had higher expectations for this little guy since I've read reviews but me personally don't think it's worth it. I really wanted to love it but it just doesn't have the suction power I need plus the sprayer shoots too much water and ends up soaking my furniture instead of misting it evenly.

Overall works well. Make sure to pay attention to the placement of water and solution used. Also,ato the amount of water/ solution needed for the task or could end up wasting where unnecessary.

I purchased this to clean the carpet on my stairway. It works great and has all the right attachments to get the edges. I also cleaned my sofa and ottoman and it removed all the stains! Very happy I bought it!

I just love this little carpet cleaner. We have kids and dogs and this comes in handy so often. Works just great for cleaning up little spots on the carpet or furniture.

Doesn’t heat the water, but you can add hot water. Good machine, I just didn’t read it carefully. I still don’t regret it!

I use this to with the pet solution for dog accidents and don’t really feel like it does much good at all honestly. Not sure I’d recommend, or maybe I have too much expectations.

Great ittle machine. Super easy to use. Cleaning solution, seems that it will last a very long time, or, I suppose you could use a larger concentration for messier spills if you wanted to. Only potential drawback is that the unit does not heat the water, so you have to make sure to use hot water in the tank...this definitely helps with cleaning spots and whatnot.

Cleans very well, is light weight and very easy to use.
