Not sure I’d recommend, or maybe I have too much expectations.

Smells spills where??

Use it for any type a stank or spill on my upholstery or carpet and it works very well. I have used my own concoction instead of the bissell liquid and so far so good. If you dont have carpet throughout your home i would recommend this instead!

Suction could be better and hose could be a bit longer.I’m not really seeing how this heats up. Maybe I misunderstood that part. Empty the dirty water at times will leak. I recommend taking it off close to where your dumping the dirty water.
