Great Spot Cleaner

Personal Opinion but I wish it made the water a little warmer. Other than that its excellent at spot treatment for the carpet.

Amazing product

This product worked really well to clean up stains. It was also very easy to use — easy to fill with water, lightweight and this easy to tote around, and easy to dump the dirty return water. We love this carpet cleaner.

Works great on pet messes

Waste of money

But it does not work properly. There is no heating element; you have to use hot tap water, which cools quickly. The suction is terrible; I have to repeat every stroke multiple times w/o spray just to pull up a decent amount of water. The unit spurts water out the bottom while in use, making a huge mess. This thing has been nothing but a hassle and a headache. I get better results from a rag and a bottle of Spot Shot (professional grade works great). When that’s not enough, I’ll rent a full size carpet cleaner. These portable cleaners are crap.
