Suction could be better and hose could be a bit longer.I’m not really seeing how this heats up. Maybe I misunderstood that part. Empty the dirty water at times will leak. I recommend taking it off close to where your dumping the dirty water.

The only complaint is if you don’t dump the water right after you are done, you smell whatever you just cleaned up the next time you use it. The cleaner that came with it, I feel as though doesn’t really work either.

This product worked really well to clean up stains. It was also very easy to use — easy to fill with water, lightweight and this easy to tote around, and easy to dump the dirty return water. We love this carpet cleaner.
