Best Buy will not replace defective item

Best Buy will not replace due to over 14 days of purchase. This is unacceptable due to being defective. I cannot use the cleaner.

This thing really sucks!

We got a new one and it works great, just like the old one...minus the dirty water spill. Keeps the couch smelling great and fits nicely on top of the dryer.

Good cleaner, could be hotter

Does not get very hot, and there is no drying function, so even after vacuuming all the liquid up, carpet stays damp for a while. Also the retail cleaner is expensive. Does great for corners of fabrics

I was good until ....

Eventually the hose cracked after about a year. Probably used it 10 times before this happened. Had to replace the hose with a better one i got from Amazon. Found out apparently this is a common issue.

The brush is right size for small spills, it's actually pretty good at cleaning car seats. Overall it's good purchase for small clean ups.
