It does it’s job but I expected more cleanliness. It’s like a regular vacuum that washes and vacuums certain areas. I would only recommend using it on small areas.

Yet another Bissell trash product ..waste of money

The sprayer only works sometimes...it's suction isn't very good, and it doesn't actually heat the water...you have to heat the water before you put it in ...which is hard to do when you are a mobile detailer. I just ordered a rip clean extractor hose kit.... I recommend to this to anyone seeking a shampooer...

Great Deep Cleaner

Don't waste your money

It leaves water behind even on a smooth surface.. I had a similar one 10 years ago and it was an awesome wet vac.. Don't know what changed. Took this one back to best buy to get my money back... Best Buy no hassle return... I love Best Buy.. not this wet vac.

Small but mighty

My only issue is having to use with hot water which doesn’t stay hot for long. It’s so portable and light. Perfect for small, quick jobs.
