    This little fell is graet for our carpet steps thst a normal size machine cant get to. Greatvfor pet accidents as well since we have a puppy

    This thing is great! Works really well. My only complaint is that sometimes the water leaks out from the bottom of the dirty water area so make sure you take it apart somewhere other than the carpet.

    If you have hardwood floors and are looking to just spot clean your rug, this machine is amazing. You don't need to invest in a high power push machine.

    It doesn’t keep the water hot, the machine heats up and gets loud even when on a flat surface and vents not covered. If possible just go for a cheaper one save your money even the Bissell liquid doesn’t help remove common stains even with pretreatment
