I don't think it deep cleans as well as I was expecting and it takes a long time to make any progress.

This little machine is excellent. I was debating about throwing away my couch, but after 1 clean it looks brand new again.

I love this mini carpet cleaner for the pups when accidents occur instead of taking the larger carpet cleaner. The suction is great and gets the spots clean. Do note if you are using this for the pets to throw out the dirty water and keep it clean as much as possible so it doesn’t stink on the next clean. Other than that I would recommend.

If you want a machine that heats, DO NOT BUY THIS MACHINE. Even though it states it has heatwave technology, has a picture of a heater on the box and is named the Proheat, it does NOT actually heat or warm the water. Spoke with bissell customer support and they confirmed proheat is the model name only and no heat is produced by the machine. Incredibly misleading- shame on bissell! It is also very loud and stops working intermittently to "cool off" (in quotations as that is what the bissell rep told me). I did 4 passes on my pet stain and the stain is still there. Do not waste your money like I did. BUYER BEWARE- it does not do what it states on the box!
